Poodle (Grey) - Standing HR #346... Long RETIRED!

We estimate this item to have been produced in 1958. It does come with the original card that it WAS attached (no longer glued to the card).
This poodle measures approximately 1 1/2" long, from tip of nose to tail, 1 11/16" tall, and 3/4" wide (side to side).
The detailing is EXCELLENT. Texture in the mould shows the strands of hair on the legs, top notch, ears and tip of ball shaped tail.
Black dots define the eyes, and the tiny heart shaped nose.
This piece is a high gloss fired glaze finish on a Ceramic clay base that was fired to approximately 2300 degrees Fahrenheit.
All of the Hagen Renaker miniatures listed on our website are "Fired " finishes; thus making them pieces of "China". Most of the pieces undergo at least two (2), with some having three (3) firings in a Ceramic kiln. Temperatures will vary from 2500 degrees to 1650 degrees, dependent as to a greenware (raw clay) firing, a glaze firing, or an overglaze (lustre, gold, or platinum) firing.
