This 'Baby' Donkey, on Base IS Retired!
Considered a very short "run" of production, it was introduced in 2002 and retired in the Spring of 2005.
It measures about 2 3/4" tall.
A nice figurine that goes well with ...his mom (see HR3365)!
This piece is a high gloss fired glaze finish on a Ceramic clay base that was fired to approximately 2300 degrees Fahrenheit.
All of the Hagen Renaker miniatures listed on our website are "Fired " finishes; thus making them pieces of "China". Most of the pieces undergo at least two (2), with some having three (3) firings in a Ceramic kiln. Temperatures will vary from 2500 degrees to 1650 degrees, dependent as to a greenware (raw clay) firing, a glaze firing, or an overglaze (lustre, gold, or platnuim) firing.
