Whale Calf (baby)
PRECIOUS!!!Whale Calf measures 1 1/8" tall, 1 1/2" wide (side to side), and 1 11/16" long (nose to tail).
These "Cartooned styled" Whales are on a grey clay base, air blushed with black to add depth. The eyes are detailed with black and white accents.
All of the Hagen Renaker miniatures listed on our website are "Fired " finishes; thus making them pieces of "China". Most of the pieces undergo at least two (2), with some having three (3) firings in a Ceramic kiln. Temperatures will vary from 2500 degrees to 1650 degrees, dependent as to a greenware (raw clay) firing, a glaze firing, or an overglaze (lustre, gold, or platinum) firing.
