"Periwinkle Blue" Art Glass is a vivid opaque blue that works well in American Country or French Country decor.

It is a slag glass, the blue is mixed with milk-glass; thus, making it completely opaque.

This striking blue medley is an original Fenton color developed by Paul Rosenthal during the 1930s.

The heat-sensitive glass ranges from light to medium to dark blue to create beautiful gradations of color
- a true art glass treatment.

This slag glass color, "Periwinkle Blue", was the color that Fenton bought back to help celebrate their 100th anniversary
in 2005!

This was in the "Family Signature Series", an inscribed signature by Shelley Fenton is permanently recorded in china paint, on the bottom of this vase.
Also, on the bottom, it is hand numbered & dated #918, 2004!

It measures 8" tall, at the highest point on the 'plume'. The round base diameter is 3.75".
The opening measures 3.25" across, front to back; and 6" wide, side to side (on the opening).
