Faerietots are the most difficult to find!
According to legend... their tiny wings...
make barely a whisper of a sound
and they are very, very shy...
But if you really want to spot one, look first in the
nurseries and playrooms of our babies and toddlers,
because "Faerietots" love small children best of all...
And why not, after all, they are 'baby faeries'!
"Whatsie" measures approximately 2 1/4" tall,
2 1/2" wide,
and 2" long, front to back.
The little 'romper' is a lovely pastel lavender, with white highlights;
white sleeves, and a white textured stocking on each leg.
The slip-on 'elf-like' (pointed toe) shoes are lavender.
The flower petaled cap is softly shaded with lavender & white, topped by a garland of tiny yellow, yellow ochre, and white blossoms, all accented with pale green foliage...
the Details are OUTSTANDING, as with ALL BOYDS figurines.
