This is the "Demon Deacon" representing Wake Forest University...
a Soft Fabric Sculpture...Deacon..!!!
Wherever he goes, the Demon Deacon adds a special dimension to WFU
athletics.
He first became famous in the early 1940's when Jack Baldwin, a WFU
student,
dressed in an old tuxedo and top hat, led the football team onto the
field,
riding a North Carolina ram.
Issue Date........................April 1999
Retirement Date....February 14, 2000
He measures: Sitting Height approximately 9" tall,
4" deep, and 6 3/4" side to side, at widest points on feet.
An ADORABLE, with cute detailing (see photos) soft fabric
sculpture..."Demon Deacon"!!!
This piece has long been Retired...since 2000
(the LAST year it was produced-1999).
It is BRAND NEW, PRISTINE CLEAN CONDITION...it still has the new fabric
sheen on the plush materials.
We were a HUGE DEALER for this fine "plush" product from this
manufacturer.
