This snowman features Green Velvet mittens, with an embroidered white snowflake on the top of each.

Chilly's head is topped with a matching Green Velvet cap!
His orange velvet 'carrot' nose is accented by the two shiny black eyes, and three (3) black buttons defining his chest!!!
Arms and head are jointed for positioning in different poses,

to add to his FULL CHARM...
