All three of these pieces are currently being produced by the Hagen-Renaker Ceramic Artists in San Dimas California!
"Duck Pond" measures 1/4" thick, by 2 3/8" wide (at widest point), by 1 13/16", across.
This "Duck Pond" is baby blue, softly and lightly air brushed with a darker blue to give emphasis and shading to the ripples in the water.
Sit both a 'half duck' and a 'full duck' atop the pond to have a conversation starting display!
Your children or grandchild will love it!!!!
"Half Duck" measures 1/2" tall, by 7/8" wide (at widest points, edge of feet), 5/8" deep (front to back, left foot to tip of tail).
This hilarious 'Half Duck' is yellow.
Both feet are yellow ochre.
"Baby Duck"' measures 3/4" tall, by 1/2" wide (at widest point, tips of wings), 7/8" deep (front to back, beak to tip of tail).
This precious tiny duck is yellow. The beak is detailed with yellow ochre. The eyes are black dots.
All three pieces are a high gloss fired glaze finish on a Ceramic clay base that was fired to approximately 2300 degrees Fahrenheit.
All of the Hagen Renaker miniatures listed on our website are "Fired " finishes; thus making them pieces of "China". Most of the pieces undergo at least two (2), with some having three (3) firings in a Ceramic kiln. Temperatures will vary from 2500 degrees to 1650 degrees, dependent as to a greenware (raw clay) firing, a glaze firing, or an overglaze (lustre, gold, or platinum) firing.
