"Brin" measures 2 5/16" tall, by 2 1/2" long. It is 1 1/4" at the widest point.
This piece is a high gloss fired glaze finish on a Ceramic clay base that was fired to approximately 2300 degrees Fahrenheit.
All of the Hagen Renaker miniatures listed on our website are "Fired " finishes; thus making them pieces of "China". Most of the pieces undergo at least two (2), with some having three (3) firings in a Ceramic kiln. Temperatures will vary from 2500 degrees to 1650 degrees, dependent as to a greenware (raw clay) firing, a glaze firing, or an overglaze (lustre, gold, or platinum) firing.

This "Brin" is the classic "Taupe" coloring. An air brushed shading, has been used for emphasis, that adds realism to the coloration.
The tail is the darkest, brown which balances the eyes, nose, and mouth detailed in black.
