They are hand painted, little accents to be used alone, as an interesting accent with your decor.
Or you may use them with one of the adorable Boyd's bears, or another 'family member' friend, in the plush creations from Boyd's.
The 'tug-along' series go 'mobile'.
They are all on a fixed set of wheels.
They look like they are on a wagon.

Haunted house tug along features 'lotsa' details including a flying bat, coming out of the chimney, pumpkins placed at the front door, and a precious "Casper" type ghost handle!
