HR37 - "Mama Worm"

This Vintage "Mama Worm" is BEAUTIFULLY DETAILED!
The mould sculpturing, as well as, the painting is EXTREMELY well done.
"Mama Worm" was produced from fall 1962-fall 1969, fall 1972-fall 1973, spring 1977-spring 1978.  Many variations were done through the years.
This "Mama" has her eyes open; defined with simple black dots.

"Ma Worm measures 1-1/8" long x 3/8"tall

This piece is a high gloss fired glaze finish on a Ceramic clay base that was fired to approximately 2300 degrees Fahrenheit.
All of the Hagen Renaker miniatures listed on our website are "Fired " finishes; thus making them pieces of "China". Most of the pieces undergo at least two (2), with some having three (3) firings in a Ceramic kiln. Temperatures will vary from 2500 degrees to 1650 degrees, dependent as to a greenware (raw clay) firing, a glaze firing, or an overglaze (lustre, gold, or platinum) firing.
