Mama Chipmunk with small acorn, in right paw, measures 1 1/4" tall, 1 1/16"deep, (front to back-nose to tail), and 1 1/8" wide, (side to side).

This is a VINTAGE, RETIRED design.
This piece was made from the Spring of 1957 to Fall 1987.
Four distinct colorations were done during this period...from a dark reddish brown to light creams, to this combination of reddish brown AND Cream that was done during the 1980's era.

This piece is a high gloss fired glaze finish on a Ceramic clay base that was fired to approximately 2300 degrees Fahrenheit.

All of the Hagen Renaker miniatures listed on our website are "Fired " finishes; thus making them pieces of "China". Most of the pieces undergo at least two (2), with some having three (3) firings in a Ceramic kiln. Temperatures will vary from 2500 degrees to 1650 degrees, dependent as to a greenware (raw clay) firing, a glaze firing, or an overglaze (lustre, gold, or platinum) firing.
