"Baby Dragon" is 1 7/16" tall, 1 3/4" deep (front to back), 1 3/16" wide (side to side, as you look directly at the face).

This piece is one of the most delicate made by Hagen Renaker.
The wings are almost paper thin! Beautifully finished in 'baby pink'.

The body is 'baby blue', with details of 'baby pink' dots on the head and back.
The entire piece has an iridescent finish. This gives a look of shifting colors (or an interplay of rainbow like colors).
The eyes are defined with black (and even show some 'whites' of the eyes).
This precious piece sits patiently on the haunches, with arms crossed. Head slightly tilted to the right, probably saying,"so what are you waiting for, BUY ME!!!"

This piece is a high gloss fired glaze finish on a Ceramic clay base that was fired to approximately 2300 degrees Fahrenheit.

All of the Hagen Renaker miniatures listed on our website are "Fired " finishes; thus making them pieces of "China".
Most of the pieces undergo at least two (2), with some having three (3) firings in a Ceramic kiln.
Temperatures will vary from 2500 degrees to 1650 degrees, dependent as to a greenware (raw clay) firing, a glaze firing, or an overglaze (lustre, gold, or platinum) firing.
