"Madras" Pink's warm hue WAS the newest addition to the family of Fenton pinks, BROUGHT into the line in 2009.
The Fenton "Pinks" began in the 1920s and has been a popular art glass color...Fenton had OVER FOUR-HUNDRED (400) formula's for varying pink tones, before they stopped production in 2011.
"Madras" used an expensive rare-earth element called Erbium, exported from Sweden, and is the secret behind this lovely vibrant color.
